Ease & Strength: Yoga for Low Back & Sciatic Support
In this 75-minute workshop, we’ll explore how to use yoga as a tool for relieving tension, building strength, and restoring mobility in the low back, hips, and legs. Through gentle, targeted movement, mindful breathwork, and supportive prop use, you’ll learn practical techniques to ease discomfort from sciatic nerve irritation and common low back issues.
We’ll focus on:
• Releasing tightness in the hips, hamstrings, and piriformis
• Strengthening the core and glutes to support spinal alignment
• Improving posture and pelvic stability to reduce strain
